Strawberry Pizza

Crust: 1 tube sugar cookie dough. Spread dough on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 mins. (Do not overbake.)

Glaze: 1 1/2 C water 1/4 C sugar 1/4 C cornstarch 1/4 C strawberry Jello powder (not made) Red food coloring Cook over medium heat while stirring until it thickens. Let cool.

Filling: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 C powdered sugar 2-3 T sour cream Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Top with cleaned and sliced strawberries. Pour glaze over strawberries. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip
